At this time, I am not sure what damages I incurred. I ordered one can and then the free one with the shipping and handling. $40. I have filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General for deceptive advertising and tactics. They should give you a page with the opportunity to opt out of the transaction after you see the total costs.
