I went to the site and agreed to a reverse phone search for $0.95. When my payment confirmation appeared at the end of the purchase it read that the total was $0.95.2 days later I was charged $19.95 by the same company. 2 days later I called them to ask why I was being charged $19.95 since I got an order confirmation in my email for $0.95 but never received any order confirmation or submitted to any order of $19.95. The customer service rep's name was michael and he informed me that by doing the one search, the site signed me up for a membership that costed $19.95 on top of my $0.95 purchase. I then asked to be refunded since i never agreed to a membership with the site and was denied a refund. I then asked for a refund due to the fact that in the terms of the purchase the site said that purchases would be refunded if i did not receive my results in 48 hrs. And at that time it was closer to 96 hrs. With no results. The customer service rep again denied me a refund and then offered me search credits with the site in lieu of a refund. They charged me for something that i never agreed to, gave me an order confirmation for $0.95 and then charged me $19.95, breached their agreement by not producing search results in 48 hrs., and at this moment i still have not received any search results.
