I received a phone call after an email and I enrolled in their work out of the home gimmick. After being told initially it was $199.00, by the next morning I was told I had to pay an additional $995.00 plus shipping in order to continue. I had just had Cervial neck replacement disc surgery and discovered I was unable to continue so I immediately cal;led them back to cance4l. THey had already shipped the first package before my head hit the pillow the night before and I had been given the runaround every since.

I pushed and finally got the $995.00 refunded and half the shipping cost. THey still owe my $199.00. They also requested we wait a year as the refunded was guaranteed if we did not make the goals. Well, I never even started the goal. I just wanted a simple work out of your home not an entry into another college.
I pushed more and was ignored. So I decided to wait. However, I had three more surgeries and have finally decided to pursue the refund as the year is up.

Now their phone as disconnected and in GOpogle they have multiple complaints and are touted as a scam.

ALL I can say " NOT AGAIN!"

Any suggestions as to arrive at a refund?

I can report it to American Express but it has been over a year and there is no phone contact. And I am sure if I send this out FEDEX, it will be a waste of more money and I should be thankful I got my $1k back.
