Qwest (now century link... The changeover happened, conveniently, during this transaction) continued to charge me for service after I had canceled it (i even got a confirmation number, my service stopped, etc.) and then, since my autobilling stopped when my account was terminated, also charged me a $10 returned check fee because the fraudulent payment failed to go through.
