On August 4, I received a $9.95 charge on my credit card which I did not authorize. I have contacted a credit card representative, and they could not reach anyone at the phone number for Dunamisafe which is on the statement; therefore, they are notifying the company that they are giving me a credit and they have 45 days to respond to the dispute.
