We had our daughters car out there to have some issues diagnoised. They were unable to find the problem so we told them we would just pick it up. When we got home our daughter said it sounds horrible and drives bad. So my husband and I went to drive it, we didn't even go a block because it drove so bad. The shop was closed by this time so we called a local tire shop and asked them if they would look at it really quick. We went there and they put it on there lift and took off the center cap and two of the lugnuts were not even on and the other three were loose. This was very surprising because it was a NAPA certifified shop with ASE certified technicians! We are lucky we didn't have the tire fall off!
