Civil rights discrimination

Racial profiling, civil rights, Supervisor pursuing me available everytime i store there that will be regular for 5 years. Supervisor wouldn't give me purchase cost of trousers that I bought. Approached Sears Holdings without any aid from their website. I do want to document state for civil rights, handicapped aged Black woman. I dont know if it'd do worthwhile to document a state of course if I want an attorney. Please solution if you're able to help me.
