Got our credit card statement and saw a charge for 1.95 plus another charge for 49.95. Tried to call the support number, on hold for ever. Called several times, the same. Obviosuly it is a scam and it is scary how they can do that. If any knows how to deal with this company and get the money back. We are reporting it to the credit card company and BBB but I wanted to know if anyone was actually spoke to their rep and got results.
