I recieved this email today:

I had no idea what this was about as I did not order anything from the company and had never heard of the product. I was not able to reach anyone on the phone, but I did chat with one of their service people.

This is what she told me:

I asked for the name of the company. She said it was resveratrol.com I tried to contact the company via their website and after filling out all the information and hitting the send button received an error message.

After reading this site, I went through my June charges and found this:

07/18 Debit Card Transaction CARD PURCHASE 07/14 MEDCHELP.com 8033493027 CARD $1.95

I contacted customer support for MEDCHELP.com and chatted with someone, also named Bianca, who gave me the EXACT same (word for word) answers that I received from the Resveratrol discussion and the chat interface was the same.

I called my bank, Chase, cancelled my card and disputed the charges.

I would like to know the name of the company I did business with that has perpetuated this fraud. Does anyone know?
