I ordered some free samples of anti wrinkle creams and paid for the postage through my bank card, I have now found out thant the have taken two payments of £44.33p on 15th aug i have tried to e mail them with complaint as in my eyes this is fraud? Surley no one can just go into your bank and take money out, please advise what i should do, many thanks
