Three Charges Within Minutes, 13-Year-Old Son's Account Locked

My PayPal account was charged 100.00, 150.00 and 40.00 dollars in a matter of minutes. My son's Facebook account is locked, so I can't enter it. He is 13 years old. I filed a dispute with PayPal and canceled an autopay that Facebook has with PayPal, but there is no way to find out who made these charges. There is no customer service at Facebook and no way to email them.
