I received a call from a rep stating that they are a consumers agency adn they received my information regarding to rebuild my credit and that they can help me repair my credit and to get out of debt and that I had to pay a fee which was not $450.00. I recieved my bank statement and seen that charge adn I immediately called my bank to see what was this charge and they informed me who and the number and it was Trilegiant but no one would help me they just kept transferring or saying with get back with me within 24hrs and no one ever called and m y bank willnot reimburse me for this charge.
