Just a word of caution when you are looking for someone to build a concrete foundation for your new garage. If one of the employees shows up stinking of beer and looking hungover you want to think twice.

If the other employee says, "I'd love to pound her tight little hole" after your eleven year old daughter walks by but they didn't know you heard them through the kitchen window, you want to think twice.
