I subscribed to a one day trial to a dating site for £3 but did not continue to use it. However, the site has continued to charge me for a monthly subscription of £32 for two consecutive months. I do not receive emails of bills and don't remember the site in order to cancel my subscription, therefore I can't do anything about it.
