Even though I didn't authorize this, the app seemed to work well so I decided to let it go, and use it. My computer had a hard drive crash. Had to re-format and reload everthing, but could not get a refeed of the media feed program program I reluctently paid 69.95 for. My mssages to their support and E-mails have been unanswered or acknoledged. Would like my money back. Thanks,
