Returned the first shipment of Lean Spa, with the required RMA and closed my account. This was back in April. After 2 more call, on May 17th I received an email stating that a credit was being issued. I called on June 3rd to check the status as I had not yet received my credit and was told they would expedite the credit. Now 6 calls later, still no refund. I was told in my latest call on August 3rd that a paper check would be sent with 2 days. It is now August 14th and guess what? Still no check or credit to my account. I am calling the Better Business Bureau. I am sick and tired of the run around. How can they stay in business???
