I ordered 2 phamtom lights and 2 brackets from him, july 17th, a week later i called and emailed him. He wouldn't return my call or email, a week later i called him he said that he was in the hospital and would send them out that night, here it is 2 weeks later and august 11th i tried calling and email him again and will not return my calls, i've talked to phamtom light company and he hasn't placed no order for this.
