William K. Zinke Worst Employer Ever, Breaks State Laws, Harasses Employees

Bill Zinke is in my opinion the WORST EMPLOYER EVER.

He is quite possibly the worst micromanager I have ever dealt with. As an 82 year old man you would think he knows better. Think again! He hires people for what he says is a "THINKING" company but in my experience he does everything other than allow people to THINK! He hires assistants to type his scribly handwriting for him as emails (NOT in the job description I assure you). He forgets his own instructions and criticizes you if you happen to follow them. He then goes after ex-employees (he will fire you and then contest your unemployment claim) and tries to sue them or press charges against them for giving bonuses he forgets about! Should I mention he will practically harass you after you are done dealing with his BS until he feels he has had enough of you?

Speaking of criticism... He will call you fat, lazy, stupid, and ignorant, among many other things. Textbook emotional abuse! Simply put over the last 10 years he has had over 100 employees work for him. Its a 3 person office&do the math!

If you want an environment where you are not allowed to write your own emails without him writing it for you, place phone calls only when he writes a script for you to follow, and are pretty much his slave, enjoy working for Bill! It won't last long I assure you.
