I ordered 3 Plaque Blast spray bottles at I thought $9.99 each but the receipt reflects $19.99 each (bait and switch). Then I didn't go for the premium shipping so I was charged an unauthorized "Processing Fee" of $62.91 which wasn't even disclosed (unauthorized credit card charge). I don't have a clue what the "1 Deluxe Plaque Blast" at $19.99 is (unauthorized credit card charge). I feel helpless and stupid... There was no opportunity to go back to review, confirm or cancel my order, just print the damage charged to my credit card... $172.84!!! It's an outrage & I will definitely be disputing with my credit card company to remove charges not authorized.
