I thought I was signing up for an account. I didn't realize I was buying credits, or "bids" so I would be allowed to participate in an auction. It asked for a credit card number for the account so I provided it. It then informed me that my total cost was $60.00 and that I had already been charged for it. At this point, I felt like I made a mistake because I guess I didn't read closely, so I awaited the email for my confirmation of purchase. When the email arrived it provided hyperlinks on "how it works" and "customer care" but neither of the links worked. There was also no way to log in or bid from the homepage Through a series of google searches, I somehow stumbled upon a login page where I was able to change my password (never actually created a password) and was then able to log in. When I got to the market page, i saw that the market was very small; a little over 100 items. Most of them were duplicates also. The items were mostly gift cards, more bid points, and a few crappy electronics. It was pretty pitiful. Also, the system adds time to the bids whenever they are about to close out causing these bids to never end. I am not convinced that it is even a real auction at all. I want my money back.
