There was a news article, or so I thought, about this program being legit and how it really worked. Yeah, I was dumb enough to fall for it. When I realized it was a scam, I tried contacting the refund department because on their site they promise that within 30 days they give you a full refund, no questions asked. Now they are telling me that I have to try the program for 14 days and try all this other stuff aka spend more money, before I can cancel. If I don't do these things I won't be qualified for a refund. I refuse to spend more money to qualify for a refund. Just want my money back like they promised would be so easy.
