Unauthorized charge to my account. All efforts to recuperate my money has been ignored. The call center is the same one used for alot of these type of THEFTS.Pro-Resv and others like it. After 3 of these charges (2 of which I received money back the next day) and after 5 phone calls with the same result of them verifying my info and telling me they would confirm by email. You can't get past the front man. What can we do from here? It is not the amount of money... It is the idea that this front "call center" can really get away with some girl from India telling you "she totally understands' my anger! I have been forced to close out this account, just to make sure this fraud doesn't happen again!
