I applyed for a loan on line and recived an email and a phone call they went through the application form with me and it all went through and they said that there was a £30 fee and when that was paid i would get my £3000 that i had applyed for. The £30 had been taken out of my account on the 8th of august and i have not recived my loan. I am a parent on benefits and that money had alot riding on it i hope you can help me im really upset that this has happened
