HORRIBLE experience! No they do not tell you up front your card will be charged for some garbage pills that you didnt order, but when you call to stop the "auto ship" they charge you again, because some how I signed up for monthly payments on pills I did not order did not want and now have to pay to return to them. SCAM!!!

The workout on the other hand is pretty good. I am a semi beginner and I feel it n my abs.
