Lies, ripoff, untrustworthy

I wasnt going to write a report but I figured if it could stop somebody from making the same mistake I did then I should. Problems that I had with the company: Getting sales and this is actually calling Quill to verify the customer is not an existing customer, making the sale, and then being told later that the customer was already a Quill customer and you will not get paid for the sale. This happens often and when you do what you are told to do and spend a lot of time with a customer, which then waste a lot of time in your day, not getting paid for all your work and effort is not just wrong but extremely irritating. Melissa, the manager, will then tell you that she go ahead and pay you for it but be more careful next time. She wont pay you by the way.

You are also told you should go on road trips. This is going to a town or city a couple of hours away and you are told these areas are fresh and you can get good sales. Wrong!!! Sales Reps go there every couple months and its the same old story. However if you like to party these road trips arent bad. When you go back to the hotel everyone will go eat together and then go out. I dont have a problem with anybody going out but keep it reasonable. Selina, who was a leader, and now in human resources, will especially party with you. I know she is very professional, or which I had thought, but puking in the parking lot of the hotel from being drunk and smoking weed didnt seem very professional to me. I also didnt find it to professioanl when she was smoking weed with a guy that wasnt even hired yet he was just shadowing her to see if he thought he would like the job.

Dont expect to get half the money if you go out as a team day either. They will always end up saying they didnt get paid for it because it was an existing account or find some other excuse. Also if you do try this place out dont believe it everytime you here somebody was on bells and they made all this money. Selina, whom was supposed to be one of the best, told me that she makes up numbers and sales to make it look like she is on bells and so she looks good but she had to always borrow money from Melissa to pay rent. This is also with her and a few others at the company sharing a small apartment. Just make sure you dont believe all their lies. I know eventually the truth will be figured out but the earlier the better.
