Ripoff, Liars, Fraudulent, Terrible customer service, unwilling to help solve problems

I was contacted from this company in November. I was asked if I wanted to join a service to help get my credit back on track. The sevice sounded good and fair, so I accepted, and paid the $200.00 fee. I received my packet in January filled out the paper work and returned it and was to receive two credit cards within ten business days. It is now reaching the end of March of I have no cards and am out $200.00.

I have been calling customer service every week or two this entire time. They first told me the cards shipped in Febuary. They never got here. I called, they said no they will be shipped in a couple of days. I said, Ok. They never got here. Anyway, here it is the end of March, still no cards. They were shipped on the fifth, I called on the eighteenth, and was told that they would be shipped on the 23rd. That makes no sense. No one can answer any of my questions, they are unwilling to research and trace my package.

I asked for my money back, and was told by someone in customer service that I could get a refund. When I decided to go ahead and request a refund, I was turned down and told that I had to request a refund within 15 days of receiving my initial packet. Basically, I think I got screwed and customer service will not help me get anything accomplished, I can't even get a number to a main office to speak with someone that matters!
