In August I purchased a walk in tub for my 83 year old mother in law. After installation the door leaked. They offered to replace the tub but it would mean that I would have to pay for the installation again and shipping cost to return the old tub. They said they would send a replacement door but every time they tell me it will be delivered from the manufacturer in China in never arrives. The replacement seal they sent doesn't work. I can't get them to return calls or e mails and here it is a year later and my
mother in law can not use the bath in the master bedroom.
