Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, and employment treatment

I am new to this so please forgive me but I have to post what I feel. I too am an ex Ameriquest employee, and was fired because I only closed 8 loans, and they were not sattisfied.

I can't beleive how many people that I have wrote loans for have tried to contact me, and other AE's of the Tampa office to complain about their loans that they were ripped off with over charging of their loans. Unfortunately most of the AE's have been fired or quit. Me on the other hand had to change my phone number because of the complaints.

The customers don't realize though that us employees are forced to committ forgery, falsify loans, and are just yelled at, and cursed at, and told to close a loan no matter what it takes to do it. If we don't, then we will lose our jobs. I am sure that all the ex employees of Ameriquest would agree to what I am saying. This is no way to conduct business, and treat employees, and borrowers the way the company does. They are turning us into white collar criminals, and they don't care. 75 hour work weeks, and a hatchet over our heads to committ crimes. I am so stupid for listening to managment, and am ashamed of myself. I should have spoken up if I knew that it wouldn't cause me to lose my job. It was going on for the 8 months I was there, and is continueing to go on

I have contacted the US Labor Dept. And the FBI, and local agencies to put an end to this once and for all. The Federal government needs to step in and pull all the files so that Ameriquest can reimburse it's borrowers money from illegal loans, and reimburse all the ex employees for the pay that we lost due to unjust fireing.
