I apologize, but I cannot recall the exact date.

I went online and ordered six bras (buy three, get three free — you know, the old 'double the offer'). They were out of stock in my size. They kept being out of stock on my size and sent me email reminders.

Finally, toward the end of July, I received a card stating that they wouldn't be able to ship them for 30 days.By sending back the card, I could cancel my order, which I did.

I received an email saying they'd cancelled the order, but no refund has shown up. I'm not sure where to even go to ask them about it.
