I ordered my product on 07/22, ordered both the Tone De Tox and the HCG Extreme at the same time and never received the products. On 07/27 I showed a debit to my checking account for 2.95 for the shipping and now on 08/08 and second debit for $79.95. I contacted customer service and they are unwilling to refund my money because somewhere in their system it shows that the product was delivered. No proof of signature was needed simply shows that it was mailed. I hardly ever purchase these types of trials, I should have known better! Never again!
