Received and email from Mr. Kevin Daley new mgr at the WU in Benin, he told em he need thsi money to obtain a legal certificate and then he would foreward me $5 per day until the sum of the money was recieved by me,

My money was sent and NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT TO ME IN RETURN. WHY DOES WU CONTINUE TO ALLOW MONEY TO BE SENT HERE? What steps are they taking to finger print the folks who are recieiving these funds from hard working individuals?
