Mr Amed Bello contacted me from Bello Chambers with a signed affadavit saying there was money available for my scam victims compensation and i needed to pay for the stamp duty fee, which would be the "last money" needed. He told me to wire it to Martin Madu so i sent 99 plus fees and wired it western union to Martin Madu, benin Question was: stamp Answer was: duty, and sent it on the 5th day of August. I have never heard one word sense, I was scammed.
