I recently signed up for AT&T UVERSE and OMG what a disappointment! The service sucks!!! I'm supposed to get my phone/Internet running as they promised but it's been 3days and here I am still waiting for them to call back... I called and spoke with at least 6 people and each person has something to say that is different from the others I don't even think they know what they're talking about. All they do is put you on hold for at least an hour then what do you get? NOTHING! Imagine 6 people 30 to 45 mins each. What a waste of my time!!! And for the AT&T guy who came to our house that convinced me to switch. What happened to all the blah blah? I called and let you know about the situation and what did u do? You disappeared!!! I tried calling u again goes directly to your voicemail oh man what a drag!!! And what's up with level 2? They don't do $&@t!!! Pls don't tell me there's more levels? I am very disappointed!!! guess what? I'm still waiting for u guys to call back as u promised. At least let me know of the progress IF there's any. At&t uverse people stop talking start working!!!
