Missing Chair Ones I Received Are Wrong

I ordered and paid some dollhouse items to Dollhouse. Collectibles.

One of them is an 'art deco' style 6 pieces living room set:- 3 tables OK-I should have received 2 arm chairs and one sofa: I received 1 arm chair and the sofa-they should have been black 'art deco' style; they are brown 18th century style.

I made a complaint to Paypal. The seller turned it into a dispute with me. I can't imagine on what basis! Thank for any possible help. Please forgive my mispellings, I am french and writing from Paris.
