My parents all of a sudden started getting billed every month $67.00 for services they didn't even buy, get or use. They have been trying to cancel and have had a hard time doing it. They are in their 60's and don't have the time or patience to deal with this problem. They both still work in order to survive and don't need to be losing $ 67.00 a month.
