Great Merchandise - If You Can Get It

Twice now I have ordered from this store and not received my entire order although I was charged for it. The first time it was something small, so after I contacted them and had no response, I thought perhaps I had accidentally thrown the pieces out. They often send multiple boxes for their shipments but only one packing list, so it isn't always clear if you have gotten everything.

The second time it happened I was more careful and searched through all the packing material. No sign of the piece I had ordered. I again contacted them by email as is indicated in the Customer Support section of their website. Again I have received no response. I love their stuff, but I want to get everything I paid for!
