Knot telling the truth. Telling lies about my company knot being in business

I sign up with the BBB or Atlanta 2008. I have been running a storm damage repair and home improvements company all over the country.including Cumming GA. My office has all ways been open. The phone number I use for my company has been 770-888-0185 or 770-377-0932. The BBB tells my customers that my office is close. My business License number is L20074727. I ask the BBB to take the alert off of my profile. They never took the time to call Forsyth county GA to see if i even had a license. I have been try to get this problem fix's. I was sign up with the BBB and had a A rating. Scene i didn't sign up with them the following year. They have only cause me problems trying to get my profile strait. I have no complaints listed with the BBB about my company. So what would be the best way to handle this matter? Thank you Mark Whitworth
