I was sold a product that did not exist. It was "bundled". I put it in dispute with the credit card company and with Yellow Book as YellowBook never even called me back after putting it in dispute. When the credit card company contacted YellowBook, they even lied about the terms of the contract and the date of the contract and even added a year onto the contract from what my credit card company told me back. They said my contract was backdated a year from the start date. They sold me the worst product and told me I would have things they could not even give me. I am a small business and can't afford these types of scams from what appeared to be a reputable company.
