I ordered a silver baby cup, including engraving of name and baby's date of birth. They confirmed the order and gave me an order number: #407172. My VISA card was charged the above amount but the product never came. I telephoned the number given (877-339-0745) and heard a message that the site was filled and could receive no more messages. I e-mailed the site (sales@babycupssilvergifts.com) but there was no reply.
