Paid £200 deposit for 3 flight tickets with debit card. Total price £1446.invoiced me more than agreed. Telephoned them, and was told surcharges which were not mentioned. Ask for refund because they have breached contract. Made numerous phone calls, sometimes they hang up the phone, making all sorts of promises that they failed to keep. Wrote to them for refund which they ignored. Problem with getting refund
