I purchased a floral arrangement from this site. Everything looked excellent on the website and they garuantee fast shipping and delivery. I placed an order to surprise my wife for Valentine's day feeling pretty confident about their services. I later received and e-mail stating that there were no florists to deliver to my address. I also found that the price quoted to me on the website was NOT what I was charged. BEWARE this site charged me a hidden $30 in fees!!! They are going to give me a full refund, however, I will not receive it for 5-7 business days. I find this rediculous considering it took all of 30 seconds to take my money. Now I am left out of money and time to recover this blunder as well as in the hot seat for a totally shot Valentine's day. Thank you bloomstoday.com. To sum this all up I am the polar opposite of satisfied with this company. I am advising anyone I talk to, to steer clear of this website. I gave it zero stars and if I could I would give it negative stars. I wish I had another set of hands so I could give this site four thumbs down!!!
