Sales Focus Inc is a company run by a person who puts out false information during the hiring process, thinks he knows everything about sales and then makes false commitments, provides false or no information, and does not do what is advertised. They are under contract with PPG Industries of Pittsburgh, PA through the Industrial Coatings TrueFinish Division.
They hire through fales advertising, offering base salary plus expense re-imburssement, when in fact it was really an hourly wage with no holiday pay, sick time or pay for overtime even though you are expected to work as many hours as possible to gain market sales; their expense re-imbursement is only a partial re-imbursement which results in the sales person actually losing money and taking money out of his/her pocket to do the job, and then the re-imbursement funds are subject to taxation.in essence, you are being taxed first on your income, and then taxed again when you spend your income to do your job, and expect re-imbursement.
They also did no market intel in the industrial field they were trying to penetrate for PPG Industries, and made improbable and unreasonable commitments that were flowed down to the sales force, who was subject to ridicule and responsibility to perform.

I would not even consider working for this firm, and am totally in awe that anyone at PPG would tolerate this kind of professional behavior.
