My wife bought at 05/04 a hearing auid for 6.500, - $ and returned it at 05/23. Within 30 days the $ 6.500, - must be paid back, but despite several claims, only at the 07/25 $ 1.000, - were paid back. Luis Valdes promised to pay the rest of 5.500, - immediately, but nothing happened, despite some calls I made to his answeringmaschine, nobody called me back.
