I registered on the site, and purchased a bid package. I left the site and attempted to get back onto it. However, site asked me to register again instead of offering me a log in page. I sent an e-mail inquiry regarding this. I received a ticket #9716!!! I have request a full refund to my credit card and will be posting alerts so others don't fall for this.
