I received a text saying i won a free 100.00 gift card from target and in the package i would receive shopping saving coupons and identity ease company benefits free for ten day trial and cancellation within the ten days if i did not want to continue on. I had specifically asked when the trial date would start and they told me when i received the package in the mail that is when it would start... I never did receive a package, i received a letter from the shopping savings place and i had to argue to cancel... Then i received identity ease letter stating i would now have to start paying as my trial days were up... Really? I called and they kept on trying to sell to me their product... I had to get a supervisor who pretended to be one and told me her name was trixie. Ok yeah right... I argued with her and she would not listen to me and she was horrible to deal with and i had to hang up on her and when she kept calling me back to continue arguing with me i had to tell her to stop or i would have her charged with harrassment... Why don't people just listen... All i wanted to do was cancel and make sure i would not be charged. It turned into a screaming match...
Do not buy into the free thing, i never did receive my target card, just a whole lot of arguing.
