Someone said he was Joe Lapinski from the Federal Trade Commisssion (telephone # (Personal Info Removed) said I won 280 million dollars from Publisher Clearing house. Told me to call 718-303-2841 to claim my prize. After calling they said to call Joe and I would have to pay a 1%tracking fee. I call the attorney general
in Rhode Island and they said it was a scam. You should tell Joe
Lapinski someone is using his name for a scam. He is an attorney in your organization because I look up his name. Could someone
call me and let me know how I can help to stop this.
