Yes we tryed booking a vacation for a party of 16 and the agent took money out of our account then the charges are pending so i tryed contacting the agent to let her know we don, t want to fly just 6 of us we want to go all together she did a lot more then just that it upsets me even talking about it 5,000 dollers is a lot of money to loss i worked very hard for it and to just take it away like that makes me mad.
