Was shopping for a SonyCybershot DSC-HX9V found the best price through Instockdigital.com ($329.00). After five days of no activity I called Instockdigital and got the sales pitch to take the package deal with the top of the line extended battery (6hrs), external quick charger, and a one year extended warranty. I took the bait, they charged my $469.99 plus $23.50 shipping, handling and insurance, (site said free shipping).instockdigital never sent the extended battery or the charger, and there is no customer support. Once the person you talk to gets your order number and discover they have got you they transfer you to a computer voice that tells you to leave your order number and a phone number you can be reached at then hang up. I have tried three times and the people there can't be reasoned with they just transfer you to the recording. That way you can never get an RMA number or get a bad order corrected.
