I checked my bank account status by phone today as I check it often. I found I had been charge $99.00. I called my bank and spoke to Darlene Williams who gave me a web address on the charge to contact and see what I found out as well as a phone number. I called the number, it is a automated phone humber with push this or that number. No person to talk to on it. It did give a number to cancel membership - I never heard of them and do not even know what it is. I pushed 2 to cancel but nothing happened; Have to document everything and get back to my bank tomorrow.
