I appliied online for a personal loan with their company in July, within a month a female named Amber Woods contacted me and told me that I qualify for a $10,000.00 loan. At this time she advised me of the three options to recieve, which were to have a co-signer, or pay a collatoral payment of $675.00, or purchase a $1,200.00 insurance. I was then connected to Brain Charles who was my case manager. I was then directed to send the money via money gram which was $675.00 sent to John Thompson from Ontario, Canada. I was later contacted by Mr. Charles who informed me that I could not get the loan unless I paid the extra collatoral of $675.00 plus an additional $450.00 for full coverage insurance. After paying these amounts, I was told by Richard who is alleged to be the higher authority in the organization, who said that there is an additional $300.00 that needed to be paid for a cross the border fee, in which I stated it shouldn't be my responsibility due in part that it was not stated on my contract that I signed with them. I then told them I was not paying any more money that I wanted either the loan or my money back. They then advised me that they would be paying the across the border fee, which after a week they contacted me and told me that they will not pay the fee that I would infact have to pay. At this point I believe that the contract was indeed a false advertment on part of their organization and is a scam to get money. I would conclude that this company is unjust and should be alerted as so to prevent future scams on innocent people pursueing loans.
